Job Summary
Kisah is seeking a sharp, high-potential professional to support the Founder/CEO in executing strategic priorities and facilitating cross-functional initiatives. This role involves transforming ideas and management decisions into actionable plans, tracking execution across diverse teams, and addressing business problems through data and leadership collaboration. This position is designed to groom candidates for future business leadership roles within 2-3 years.
Responsibilities
- Support the Founder on strategic initiatives and special projects within retail, supply chain, and customer success sectors.
- Analyze business performance, extract insights, and prepare concise decision-making notes.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear actionable plans, assigning ownership, milestones, and timelines.
- Monitor critical initiatives across various departments including Marketing, Sales, Retail, Marketplace, Operations, and Finance.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive market, category, competitor, and consumer research.
- Develop management presentations, dashboards, and briefs for internal meetings.
- Identify potential bottlenecks, escalate risks promptly, and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of solid experience in fashion, retail, direct-to-consumer (D2C), Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), or consumer startups.
- Education: Strong academic background from a reputable institution; an MBA is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of early ownership and rapid career progression.
- Exceptional project execution with evidence of solving significant business challenges.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in handling data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Structured, resourceful, and adept at working across various functions.
- High energy, curiosity, discretion, and a strong bias for action.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with analytics and AI productivity tools.

- Experience in managing or facilitating cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of current market trends and best practices in retail and consumer industries.
Experience
