Job Description
Channel Management:
- Own the relationship with q-commerce partners (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.).
- Drive listing, onboarding of new SKUs, and assortment optimization.
- Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Develop growth strategies to drive visibility and conversions.
- Plan and execute campaigns, in-app visibility, offers, and promotions in alignment with platform partners.
- P&L Ownership:
- Own the sales targets, margin structures, and overall channel profitability.
- Work with finance and operations to ensure cost-effective fulfillment and delivery.
- Operations & Supply Chain Coordination:
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and rapid replenishment.
- Forecast demand based on trends and campaign calendars.
- Performance Monitoring:
