Microsoft Power Platform Architect – CRM & Dynamics

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Power Platform Architect with 8–10 years of experience in Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will lead the architectural design, development, and implementation of business-critical CRM solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that are aligned with our enterprise goals.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Lead architecture design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
• CRM Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge of Dynamics CRM (2013/2016/365) by managing customization, configuration, and integration with external systems.
• Technical Leadership: Guide developers, analysts, and QA teams on architecture best practices, design patterns, and implementation strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business and functional stakeholders to capture requirements, define solution roadmaps, and deliver scalable and robust CRM solutions.
• Governance & Standards: Establish development standards, governance models, and reusable frameworks for Power Platform projects.
• Cloud & DevOps Integration: Ensure solutions are integrated with Azure environments and leverage Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentoring & Review: Mentor junior team members and perform code as well as architecture reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in solution architecture, CRM implementation, and enterprise-level Power Platform projects.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end Dynamics and Power Platform projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2013/2016/365) and core Power Platform services (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong development skills in C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js.
• Experience with SQL Server, Dataverse, and FetchXML.
• Familiarity with Azure Services including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as:
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Developer Associate
• Project management credentials like PMP or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile or SAFe agile delivery practices and tools such as JIRA and Kanban.
• Additional expertise in integrating cloud solutions and automating CI/CD pipelines.

Experience

• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in solution architecture, specifically with Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power Platform projects.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
