partnership with Adani Realty at Shantigram Township, and commercial spaces at GIFT City, SEZ.

Job Overview:
The Project Planning and Coordination Manager shall play a crucial role in overseeing the planning,
development, and execution of our projects. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the project,
including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication among stakeholders. The specialist ensures that
projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Additional Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
Coordination and Execution:
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors,
to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established plans and objectives.
• Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project status and key
milestones.
Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
• Foster effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on project progress, risks, and issues.

Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, contracts, and correspondence.
• Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation for
management and stakeholders.
Other Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard planning tools (e.g.,
Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Delegating tasks and ensuring workers receive feedback.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports.
• Participate in regular meetings with clients, architects, or contractors to discuss the set or upcoming
projects.
Qualifications/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning, coordination, and management within the real
estate industry.
• International work experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, etc.).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
and hands on experience working with small teams.
• Intrinsically motivated and determined.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with sustainable building practices and green building certifications is desirable.

real estate projects, from inception to completion, by effectively planning, coordinating, and managing all
project-related activities.
