Job Description

1. Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid channels.
  • Coordinate with creative, product, and analytics teams to align messaging, targeting, and performance goals.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and ROI targets across channels.

2. Affiliates & Partnerships

  • Build and scale the affiliate program (CPA, CPL, revenue-share models).
  • Onboard, train, and manage affiliate partners, agencies, and influencer networks.
  • Negotiate partnership deals with high-value affiliates and complementary brands.
  • Track performance, conversions, and partner ROI using analytics and tracking tools (UTMs, GA4, GTM, etc.).

3. Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Use data to derive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for campaign ROI, partner performance, and channel attribution.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations for monthly performance reconciliation and payouts.

4. Growth & Experimentation

  • Identify and test new growth channels, partnerships, and audience cohorts.
  • Drive co-marketing and cross-sell initiatives with partner brands or internal verticals (clinics, wellness, education).
