Microsoft, Flipkart, razorpay etc where you get conditioned into very robust thinking and execution of engg. This should be a mix of ic and manager roles.&nbsp;<br /> 2. ⁠Last atleast 2 years need to be leading the entire or a significant chunk of the engg team of a seed or series A startup. That is, no other machinery to rely on to do all the dirty work. And grounded in&nbsp;practicality.</div>
