Position Talent Acquisition Manssager
Brief
Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
employees, all while factoring in the long-term goals of an organization. Must
ensure that current employees are satisfied in their positions and promote
the company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events.
Reports to
COO
Job Responsibility
• Handling a team of HR Professionals for recruitment.
• Managing the hiring process, from creating job descriptions and
posting job ads to interviewing candidates and making hiring
decisions.
• Overseeing the orientation process for new hires and organizing
training programs to develop employee skills and ensure compliance
with company policies.
• Finding candidates for open positions and evaluating their strengths
and weaknesses.
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Naukri,
and other professional networks
• Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods or channels. Keep
a lookout for talent available in the market and plan accordingly
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the
requirements for each position
• Handling employee relations, addressing issues such as grievances,
performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Developing employee engagement strategies and developing
employee surveys.
• Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs,
portfolios, and references
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong
candidate pipeline
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including
interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key
stakeholders
• Working with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external
partners
Qualification and
Experience
• Must have fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Proven experience of 3+ years minimum in recruitment function
• Excellent presentation, analytical, problem solving, and organizational
skills
• MBA is a must-have for this role.
• Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including, but not
limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Proven working experience as an TA Manager.
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal
relationships at all levels of the company
Working Days and
Timings
• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• 2
nd and 4th Saturday off
