Job Summary
The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT positions at Mastek. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience to support the organization’s talent needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with Mastek hiring managers to understand job requirements and define effective recruitment strategies.
- Source top talent through various channels, including job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and networking.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates’ technical expertise, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of IT professionals across diverse skill sets.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Track and share recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health with stakeholders.
- Stay updated on IT hiring trends, niche skills, and market intelligence to ensure competitive sourcing.
- Maintain compliance with Codersbrain and Mastek recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (corporate/agency).
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies, emerging skills, and industry hiring trends.
- Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing.
- Proven track record of hiring for mid to senior-level technical roles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with the latest recruitment technologies and trends in IT hiring.
- Experience with building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Experience
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on both corporate and agency recruitment.
Environment
- Work in a hybrid model that includes a combination of on-site work at Mastek’s Bangalore office and remote work.
