Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition and Management: o Identify and target potential institutional clients, including FMCG Startups, leasing firms, and investment companies o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations. o Understand clients’ financial needs and present tailored solutions that integrate automotive and fintech products. 2. Sales Strategy and Execution: o Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth. o Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the automobile and fintech sectors. o Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to institutional clients. 3. Product Expertise: o Demonstrate deep knowledge of automobile products, leasing. o Collaborate with product development teams to ensure offerings meet market demands and client needs. 4. Negotiation and Deal Closure: o Negotiate contract terms and pricing with institutional clients. o Oversee the deal lifecycle from initial discussions to contract execution. o Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the sales process. 5. Client Support and Relationship Building: o Provide ongoing support to institutional clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. o Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings to assess client needs and performance. o Foster long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients. 6. Reporting and Analysis: o Track and report on sales performance, including pipeline management and revenue forecasts. o Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies. o Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales activities and outcomes
