Manager Finance – Melligeri Family Office Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Working with accounting firms/auditors to prepare financials. • Preparation of consolidated financial statements with schedules of ultimate holding company under IFRS. • Preparation of financial plan, budgets etc • Day-to-day accounting for overseas entities and individuals. • Delivery of regular management reports. • Database management. • Project management on important projects. • Experience in implementing accounting software’s. Desire Profile Requirement: • CA with minimum 5 years of experience. • Should have prior experience in accounting and preparation of IFRS financials. • Should have experience of day-to day finance operations. • Knowledge of income tax laws Desired Skill Set • Performing regular activities within timelines. • Ability to learn and grow on the job. • Ability to work across time zones and preparedness to be flexible. • Detail orientation and meticulous organisational skills • Diligent in bookkeeping. • Excellent communication skills. Desired IT skills • Knowledge of accounting package -Tally and any other accounting packages • Exposure to MS office products like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
