<div>VP/AVP - Compliance:</div> <div>The incumbent must have 9-10 years of experience in compliance within the financial services sector, preferably with exposure to Mutual Funds, AIFs, PMS, or other SEBI-regulated entities.<br /> A strong understanding of SEBI regulations, risk and compliance frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory reporting requirements is essential.<br /> The role requires proven experience in liaising with regulators, handling inspections/audits, and ensuring enterprise-wide adherence to compliance policies.<br /> The candidate should also possess the ability to advise business and investment teams on the regulatory implications of new products and strategies.<br /> It will be reporting to the Head - Finance and Operations, Mehul Shah and it is an individual contributor role</div>
