Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager who will lead growth across D2C channels (website) and eCommerce (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). & Q-Comm marketplaces. You’ll own end-to-end performance marketing, drive customer acquisition, and scale revenue through measurable experiments.

D2C Website Growth

  • Own paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search/Shopping/YouTube), and Programmatic
  • Optimize performance marketing KPIs: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV
  • Work with designers/content team to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
  • Manage website funnel performance and execute CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies
Marketplace Growth
  • Own and grow brand presence on Amazon, Flipkart & other marketplaces
  • Run Amazon Ads, optimize A+ content, manage listings, and execute deals/discounts
  • Coordinate with marketplace managers to plan for sales events and category growth

Data Analytics

  • Set up and monitor dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, Shopify Analytics
  • Track end-to-end funnel and consumer journey
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights

Retention and Lifecycle Marketing

  • Plan and run email/SMS campaigns via tools like Klaviyo/WebEngage
  • Create customer segments for retargeting and reactivation
  • Support loyalty programs, subscriptions, and referral campaigns

Growth Experiments

  • Test new acquisition channels (influencer-to-performance, affiliate marketing, etc.)
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and CTAs
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams on growth loops and product-led marketing
 

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with D2C brands or wellness/consumer health brands is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital + offline marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent creative judgment, content sensibility, and a consumer-first mindset
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, sales, and tech teams
  • A storyteller with an eye for aesthetics and ear for consumer trends
