Job Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer specializing in Node.js and React with Next.js to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to server-side application management while establishing RESTful APIs and delivering high-quality web solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless integration between back-end and front-end technologies, thereby enhancing overall web performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor server-side web applications using Node.js and frameworks like Express and Next.js.
• Establish RESTful APIs and connect them with front-end technologies including React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Produce reusable, scalable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Engage in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and performance.
• Manage and optimize server infrastructure using solutions like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Stay updated on the latest web development methods and apply them to ongoing projects.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other developers to foster an educational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, and jQuery.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and its best practices.
• Experience with server-side CSS preprocessors (e.g., Stylus, Less).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies, particularly HTML5 and CSS3.
• Ability to design and optimize database schemas for robust data management.
• Proficiency in code versioning with Git.
• Strong English communication skills for effective collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in user authentication and authorization across various systems and servers.
• Knowledge in integrating multiple data sources and databases into a unified system.
• Competence in enhancing RESTful APIs and microservices performance for various user platforms.
• Familiarity with offline storage and multi-threading techniques.

Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in full stack development.

Environment

• The position is flexible and can be located in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Gurugram.
• The work shift is from 2 PM to 11 PM.
• This role is for a contractual period of 3 months, with possibilities for extension.
