Oracle Program Manager – HCM Applications
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Program Manager with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Applications. The ideal candidate will have successfully led at least one end-to-end Oracle implementation and possess strong technical knowledge in Oracle Software as a Service (SaaS), integrations, data migrations, and reporting. This role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Oracle programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing risks, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle program lifecycles including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business units to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee Oracle implementations, upgrades, integrations, and support initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, business objectives, and compliance requirements.
- Manage multiple internal teams, vendors, and third-party consultants effectively.
- Drive risk management, change control, and issue resolution processes.
- Prepare and present program dashboards, status reports, and executive-level updates.
- Ensure quality assurance and best practices across program delivery.
- Develop and execute training and communication plans for end-users and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Applications.
- At least one successful end-to-end Oracle implementation.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS), HCM, or Supply Chain Management (SCM) programs.
- Strong expertise in Oracle SaaS architecture, data migration, integration, reporting, and extensions.
- Experience with HCM Cloud inbound/outbound capabilities, reporting tools, and extensibility frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP / HCM / SCM / Financials modules.
- Strong project management skills – scope planning, scheduling, resource planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Oracle certifications.
- Experience in working within complex enterprise environments.
Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
