Job Summary
We are seeking experienced, target-driven Regional Sales Managers to lead and grow Just Organik's general-trade business in the East India, North India, and West India regions. Each Regional Sales Manager will own the region's distribution and sales agenda, building and managing the channel-partner network, driving primary and secondary sales, and expanding the brand's retail footprint for our organic foods portfolio. This high-ownership role will report directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the general-trade sales targets (primary and secondary) for the assigned region.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, super-stockists, and channel partners across the region.
- Expand numeric and weighted distribution and improve retail reach across urban and semi-urban markets.
- Plan and execute region-level sales strategy, beat plans, market coverage and route-to-market initiatives.
- Drive product availability, visibility, and merchandising at the retail level.
- Own collections and outstanding for the region, ensuring timely recovery of dues from distributors and channel partners.
- Ensure accuracy and timely settlement of dealer/distributor claims, with proper validation, documentation, and reconciliation of all trade schemes and promotions.
- Identify and develop new markets and territories for the organic foods range.
- Plan and manage trade schemes, promotions, claims, and channel outstanding within approved budgets.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing, recommending timely interventions.
- Lead, mentor, and drive performance of the regional field sales team.
- Prepare sales forecasts, Management Information Systems (MIS), and performance reports for review with the CEO.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8–12 years of general-trade sales experience in the FMCG/packaged foods sector; experience in organic, health, or premium foods is an advantage.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- Proven track record of distributor and channel-partner management in the relevant region.
- Strong working knowledge of the East India/North India/West India market for the applicable position.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

Experience
- 8–12 years in FMCG/packaged foods general-trade sales.
Environment
- The positions are based in Kolkata (East), Delhi (North), and Mumbai (West), with opportunities for extensive travel within the assigned regions.
Salary
- CTC is as per industry standards and negotiable based on experience.
