Job Summary

The SAP SD Functional Consultant will play a crucial role in managing the order-to-cash processes within the SAP system, ensuring effective pricing, billing, and integration with other SAP modules. This role supports both implementation and support environments to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define customer requirements for the SAP SD module.
• Customize and configure the SAP SD functionalities to meet business needs.
• Support end-users by providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Participate in SAP implementation projects, from planning to execution and post-implementation support.
• Conduct user training and develop documentation for system processes.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience with the SAP SD module.
• Sound knowledge of order-to-cash processes, pricing, billing, and integration points with other SAP modules.
• Experience in both support and implementation environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in SAP SD module is a plus.
• Experience with testing and quality assurance in SAP environments.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI) would be beneficial.

Experience

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in SAP SD consulting roles.

Environment

• The role is based in Navi Mumbai and is a permanent position. It requires the consultant to work on-site.

Salary

• Budget: 20L per annum.
