Product Manager

Job Summary

The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding the success of products and leading the cross-functional team responsible for improving them. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to drive product development.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Monitor and assess product performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve business goals.
• Ensure products meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in product management or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile methodologies or Scrum frameworks.
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Prior experience in technology or software industries.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) and design thinking principles.
• Data analysis skills and experience with analytics platforms.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and delivering successful products.
