As we expand internationally, we are looking for a highly entrepreneurial leader who can independently build and scale our global business — from market strategy and GTM to revenue growth, partnerships, and brand expansion.

Role Overview

We are looking for an International Business & Growth Lead who will own SuperYou’s international expansion journey with a strong focus on the US and other global markets.

This is a 0 to 1 business-building role. The individual will be responsible for creating the international growth engine — understanding markets, identifying opportunities, building channels, driving customer acquisition, and scaling revenue.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in global D2C growth, FMCG/consumer brands, TikTok commerce, creator ecosystems, marketplaces, and cross-border business expansion.

This role requires someone who can operate independently, bring strategic thinking, and execute with high ownership from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities

International Business Growth

• Own and drive international expansion strategy across the US and other global markets.

• Build market entry plans, GTM strategies, and growth roadmaps.

• Identify new opportunities across channels, categories, and geographies.

• Drive revenue, profitability, and business growth for international markets.

D2C & Digital Growth

• Build and scale global D2C growth engines across websites, marketplaces, and digital channels.

• Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.

• Drive performance marketing, funnel optimization, and conversion growth.

• Analyse consumer behaviour, trends, and competitor landscape across global markets.

TikTok / Social Commerce / Creator Ecosystem

• Build TikTok-led commerce and content growth strategies.

• Identify winning content formats, creators, and viral growth opportunities.

• Develop creator/affiliate ecosystems to drive scalable acquisition.

• Stay ahead of global social commerce trends and platform changes.

Brand & Market Expansion

• Develop international positioning, pricing, packaging, and localization strategies.

• Identify partnerships, distribution opportunities, and marketplace expansion.

• Work closely with marketing, founders, supply chain, and product teams to execute launches.

Business Ownership

• Own international business metrics including revenue, growth, CAC, ROAS, retention, and profitability.

• Build scalable processes and playbooks for global expansion.

• Act as the business owner for international growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12 years of experience in International Business, Global D2C Growth, Consumer Brands, or Cross-border Expansion.

• Proven experience scaling brands internationally.

• Strong understanding of US/global consumer markets.

• Hands-on experience with:

o D2C ecosystems

o TikTok Shop / Social Commerce

o Creator-led growth

o Marketplaces (Amazon/global platforms)

o Performance marketing & growth strategy

• Strong commercial and business ownership mindset.

• Ability to work independently and build from scratch.
