Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced leader to be the VP Head of Finance. This role will involve overseeing all financial and risk management operations across India, directing fundraising and investor relations, and ensuring the organization’s financial health. You will play a significant role in shaping our future through strategic financial planning and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company’s mission. Manage fundraising plans and capital structures while providing projections and accounting services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial planning, accounting, investor relations, and fundraising.
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.
• Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with additional qualifications like CS/Master/MBA preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong business acumen to translate complex requirements into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to deliver data-driven insights.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient in communication and presentation, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the startup FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) space.
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and influencing decision-making with data insights.
