Job Description

Job Title: Brand Specialist We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Specialist with 3 years of relevant experience in brand management and marketing, ideally from a creative or digital agency background. The role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and executional excellence to strengthen our brand presence, manage campaigns, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities ● Brand Strategy & Positioning ○ Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives. ○ Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across markets and platforms. ○ Monitor brand perception and suggest strategies to enhance equity. ● Campaign & Communication Management ○ Partner with creative and digital teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns. ○ Brief, guide, and manage agency partners for ATL, BTL, and digital initiatives. ○ Oversee content creation, storytelling, and brand messaging for multiple channels. ● Market & Consumer Insights ○ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats. ○ Translate consumer insights into actionable brand initiatives. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration ○ Work closely with product, sales, and digital teams to ensure cohesive brand execution. ○ Support internal teams with brand-related requirements, from presentations to activations. ● Performance Tracking & Reporting ○ Track KPIs for campaigns and brand health metrics. ○ Provide reports and recommendations for continuous improvement. Key Requirements ● 3 years of experience in brand management/strategy, preferably in a creative, advertising, or digital agency environment. ● Strong understanding of brand building, marketing communications, and consumer behaviour. ● Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver on deadlines. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Proficiency in marketing analytics, campaign performance tracking, and presentation tools. ● Creative mindset with an eye for detail and strong problem-solving ability. Nice to Have ● Experience managing integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels. ● Exposure to Agency Agri, FMCG, lifestyle, or tech brands. ● Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, social listening, or brand tracking platforms.
