Job Description
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives in North Kerala. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
Set sales targets for TSIs and ensure the achievement of these targets.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Territory Sales Incharges (TSIs) to enhance their performance and productivity.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Facilitate ongoing training and development programs for the team.

Operational Excellence:
Monitor and manage the sales budget for the region. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
