Sales Strategy and Execution:
<p> </p> Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives in North Kerala. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth. <p> </p> Set sales targets for TSIs and ensure the achievement of these targets. <p> </p> Team Management: <p> </p> Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Territory Sales Incharges (TSIs) to enhance their performance and productivity. <p> </p> Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Facilitate ongoing training and development programs for the team. <p> </p> <table> <tbody> <tr> <td width="18"></td> <td width="550">Market Development:Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
