You will be in charge of the overall HR operations, including talent<br />
acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.</div>

• Oversight of operational HR (payroll, recruitment, appraisal, benefits, compliances etc)<br />
• Organisational structuring<br />
• Conflict resolution<br />
• People policies and processes<br />
• Defining firm-wide culture and values strategy<br />
• Oversight of development paths for employees across levels</div>

<div>Skills & Qualifications:<br />
• Experience in strategic planning<br />
• In-depth knowledge of all HR functions<br />
• Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS)<br />
• Good understanding of labour legislation<br />
• Communication and problem-solving skills<br />
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders</div>

<div>Education & Experience:<br />
• A bachelors or masters degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a<br />
Business-related subject<br />
• Minimum 12 years of prior work experience in the field - VP of HR or similar role with a<br />
minimum of 7 years of experience in a management role.</div>
