The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company&#39;s goals and values. You will be in charge of the overall HR operations, including talent<br /> acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Responsibilities:<br /> &bull; Oversight of operational HR (payroll, recruitment, appraisal, benefits, compliances etc)<br /> &bull; Organisational structuring<br /> &bull; Conflict resolution<br /> &bull; People policies and processes<br /> &bull; Defining firm-wide culture and values strategy<br /> &bull; Oversight of development paths for employees across levels</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<br /> &bull; Experience in strategic planning<br /> &bull; In-depth knowledge of all HR functions<br /> &bull; Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS)<br /> &bull; Good understanding of labour legislation<br /> &bull; Communication and problem-solving skills<br /> &bull; Ability to manage multiple stakeholders</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Education &amp; Experience:<br /> &bull; A bachelors or masters degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a<br /> Business-related subject<br /> &bull; Minimum 12 years of prior work experience in the field - VP of HR or similar role with a<br /> minimum of 7 years of experience in a management role.</div>
