Job Summary

The Fixed Income Fund Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio, including Ultra Short Duration, Short Duration, Medium Duration, and Credit Risk funds, amounting to approximately ₹10,000 crore. This role involves strategic decision-making to optimize fund performance and aligns with the organization’s investment goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of Fixed Income portfolios focusing on various duration strategies and credit risk.
• Analyze market trends and economic factors to inform investment decisions.
• Develop and implement effective portfolio strategies to maximize returns while managing risk.
• Report directly to Anurag Mittal on fund performance and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct thorough credit analysis to assess and select fixed income securities.
• Collaborate with research teams to stay ahead of market developments.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in Fixed Income fund management within the mutual fund industry.
• Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of Ultra Short, Short, Medium Duration, and Credit Risk funds.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent decision-making ability and risk management acumen.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and portfolio management tools.
• Educational Qualifications: Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) preferred.
