About the Role

The Solution Architect Lead will be responsible for leading the solutions team in the AI

division. This role involves managing stakeholder relationships, gathering requirements, and

developing AI tools to enhance the platform's offerings. The ideal candidate will have

experience with scaled media products and be hands-on in their approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships and gather requirements for AI-driven solutions.

• Build and integrate AI tools to improve the content platform's capabilities.

• Utilize existing AI tools effectively to meet project requirements.

• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to align solutions with business goals.

• Ensure the solutions developed are scalable and meet the needs of a large audience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in leading technology solutions, particularly in AI.

• Strong understanding of scalable media products and their architecture.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proficiency in AI technologies and tools.

• Hands-on experience in software development and integration.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in the content or media industry.

• Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a product organisation, specifically in AI and solution

architecture.

• Experience with large scale media products is highly preferred.
