Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Azure Data Bricks professionals to join our team on a contractual basis. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Azure Data Bricks to design, develop, and optimize data solutions that support our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement scalable data pipelines and facilitate advanced analytics. This position offers the opportunity to work in dynamic environments across multiple locations in India.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Bricks.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot data workflows for performance and reliability.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all stages of the data lifecycle.
  • Integrate Azure Data Bricks with other Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL).
  • Prepare thorough documentation for developed solutions and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data engineering or analytics roles.
  • Strong experience with Azure Data Bricks and the Azure cloud ecosystem.
  • Proficient in PySpark, Scala, or Python for big data processing.
  • Solid understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data pipeline design.
  • Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL Database.
  • Familiarity with data governance, data security, and compliance best practices.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices for data engineering (CI/CD, automation).
  • Knowledge of machine learning workflows on Azure.
  • Certification in Azure Data Engineering or related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the data engineering or analytics domain, specifically using Azure Data Bricks and related Azure services.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment on large-scale projects.

Environment

  • Work Location: Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, or Coimbatore.
  • Work Type: Contractual.
  • Start Date: Within 2 months.
  • Work Setting: May include on-site, remote, or hybrid arrangements based on project requirements.
