Job Summary
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Technical/Developer - Architect, you will lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions on the D365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform. This role requires you to align solutions with business requirements, industry best practices, and future scalability. As a technical leader and mentor, you will guide the development team, oversee system integration, define data models, and ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards. Your expertise will contribute significantly to delivering robust customer relationship management (CRM) solutions that drive organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive solutions on the D365 CE platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and scalability.
- Act as a technical leader and mentor, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and solution architecture to the development team.
- Develop and implement integration strategies between D365 CE and other organizational systems, third-party applications, and external data sources.
- Design data models, including entities, attributes, and relationships, to ensure data integrity, consistency, and optimal performance in D365 CE.
- Define and implement security models and access control strategies, ensuring compliance with security and data privacy standards.
- Customize and configure D365 CE using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Oversee data migration strategies, data modeling, and data integration efforts.
- Ensure successful completion of complete lifecycle implementations for multiple projects.
- Provide technical expertise in CRM scripting, plugins, workflows, dialogs, client extensions, and SDK usage.
- Participate in the preparation and review of SSRS and CRM reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), or equivalent degree in computer science or engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in D365 CE/CRM as an Architect.
- Proficiency in customizing and configuring D365 CE using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong expertise in data migration strategy, data modeling, and data integration.
- Hands-on experience with multiple CRM/XRM platforms and the latest D365 CE versions.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing the complete lifecycle of at least 2 to 3 CRM projects.
- Deep functional knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations modules.
- Excellent understanding of the CRM platform, including scripting, plugins, workflows, dialogs, client extensions, and SDK.
- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET programming using C# (MVC, Web API), database concepts, and object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) under SDLC.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS, and JavaScript technologies.
- Good understanding of SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and CRM report creation.
- MS Dynamics CE/CRM certifications.
- Excellent communication skills.

Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Architect.
- Experience in leading end-to-end CRM solution architecture and project implementations (at least 2–3 full lifecycle projects).
- Background in technical team leadership and mentoring.
