Job Description
<div>Role Overview:<br />
As the Head of Growth at makeO, you will be responsible for<br />
driving the company's overall marketing strategy, branding, and<br />
digital campaigns and handling the marketing budget.<br />
You will play a key role in positioning makeO as a market leader<br />
in the clinical beauty sector. The ideal candidate will have<br />
extensive experience in media, digital marketing, and preferably<br />
a background in leading marketing for their organisation for<br />
offline and in non-metro cities.<br />
Key responsibilities:<br />
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing<br />
strategy that aligns with makeO’s business goals to drive<br />
customer acquisition and revenue growth.<br />
Lead all marketing efforts, including identifying growth<br />
levers, brand positioning, campaigns, events, and public<br />
relations for category and brand<br />
Lead and optimize all digital marketing channels,<br />
including social media, SEO, paid campaigns, and email<br />
marketing to drive user acquisition and engagement.<br />
Be the brand custodian and own the brand metrics and<br />
ORM<br />
Collaborate across functions with sales, product, and<br />
other teams to scale business performance efficiently<br />
Scale marketing budgets while maintaining marketing<br />
efficiencies<br />
Leverage data-driven insights to measure the success of<br />
marketing initiatives and optimize future efforts.<br />
Work closely with leadership to prepare the brand for<br />
expansion into new markets</div>
<div>Required Experience & Qualifications:<br />
12-15 years of experience in Marketing with atleast 5<br />
years of experience in a Leadership role<br />
Media & Digital Expertise: Proven experience with<br />
media exposure, including handling PR and<br />
communication, and managing digital marketing<br />
strategies in a startup or fast-growing digital environment.<br />
Industry Experience: Prior experience in digital-first<br />
companies or startups is essential; FMCG experience is<br />
highly preferred.<br />
Leadership Experience: Strong leadership and team<br />
management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a<br />
diverse marketing team.</div>
