Job Description – HORECA Sales Manager

About the Role

Gladful is looking to expand its presence in the HORECA segment and is seeking a highly driven sales professional to lead partnerships across hotels, restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, and institutional food businesses. This role will focus on building and scaling the brand’s HORECA presence through strong relationship management, strategic business development, and on-ground sales execution.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in HORECA sales along with strong industry connections and the ability to independently drive business growth in the hospitality and food service ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end HORECA sales for Gladful across hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering companies, cloud kitchens, and institutional food partners.

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new HORECA clients and business opportunities.

  • Build strong relationships with chefs, procurement heads, restaurant owners, and hospitality decision-makers.

  • Conduct product presentations, sampling activities, commercial discussions, and negotiations with prospective partners.

  • Develop strategies to increase product visibility and business penetration within the HORECA ecosystem.

  • Work closely with internal teams on pricing, product positioning, and partner requirements.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and account management.

  • Track business performance, revenue growth, and sales pipeline on a regular basis.

  • Gather market feedback and competitor insights to support category expansion and growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–7 years of experience in HORECA sales or institutional sales.

  • Strong network within hotels, restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, or hospitality businesses.

  • Prior experience in food, FMCG, health/nutrition, or consumer brands would be preferred.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Comfortable with field sales and regular client meetings.

  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale partnerships independently.
