- Scaling journeys from 0-10 & 10-100 - growth hacker who understand consumer insights

- Should have set up things & scaling up with data, customer segmentation, product

- Should own a charter

- Sectors: D2C brands like Kapiva

- CTC: 50L (+- 5 Lac) + ESOPs

- Mumbai based wfo

- Team: Minimum 6-7 members, already in place

- Reporting to Nirav

- Current growth function: Replacement cum new role, person handling retention is moving out, perf marketing head, pre purchase product (website), analytics, marketplaces, quick comm

- Not met anyone for now, needs startup people, but fast trackers

- Interview process: 3 rounds with Nirav (store visit assignment, website observation), 1 round with Priyanka, could be more 4-5 rounds total
