As a valued member of the<br /> management team, you'll analyze departmental finances and assist in driving a robust<br /> process for financial planning and forecasting, including annual operating plans. Your role<br /> will encompass supporting strategic initiatives, collaborating on business plans, and<br /> aiding in the oversight of annual operating plans to ensure they align with our broader<br /> long-term objectives.<br /> What you’ll be doing<br /> We are much more than our job descriptions, but here is where you will begin:<br /> ● Contribute to formulating and implementing business plans/strategies in alignment<br /> with the yearly plan, collaborating closely with business teams. Assist in owning<br /> aspects of the business P&L and KPIs, providing insights and support for their<br /> achievement.<br /> ● Aid in tracking and reporting key financial metrics such as revenue, margins, and<br /> working capital, offering analytical insights to measure business performance<br /> effectively.<br /> ● Participate in developing and enforcing financial policies and procedures to ensure<br /> the company's financial health and stability.<br /> ● Support in managing the budgeting and forecasting process, assisting in the<br /> preparation of financial reports for management and investors, including financial<br /> statements, tax returns, and regulatory filings.<br /> ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth and profitability<br /> opportunities, contributing to analyzing revenue, mix, and margin improvement<br /> possibilities, and providing pricing insights.<br /> ● Assist in analyzing industry and competition for business risk assessment reports<br /> provided to the leadership team.<br /> ● Contribute to maintaining relationships with banks, investors, and other financial<br /> institutions.<br /> ● Support in establishing business intelligence reports and dashboards to streamline<br /> financial and operational data across various categories/locations/initiatives. Assist<br /> in partnerships with vendors for trade terms, pricing, and visibility.<br /> ● Contribute to identifying and leading working capital improvement<br /> opportunities/plans/actions, aiding in process automation and developing and<br /> implementing processes aligned with business needs, scale, and complexity.<br /> What you’ll need<br /> Like us, you’ll be deeply committed to delivering impactful outcomes for customers.<br /> ● CA/ CPA qualified accounting professional with a proven track record in an<br /> analytical or commercial role<br /> ● 5+ years of relevant experience in business finance.
