Pinclick is expanding into the developer mandate sales business, competing with industry leaders like Xanadu, Anarock, Guardian, and Ceyone. We partner with developers to exclusively drive sales and marketing mandates, combining strong market expertise, channel management, and customer acquisition strategies.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic CEO / Business Head to spearhead this new mandate-driven business. The leader will be responsible for building the company’s strategy, team, and operations to become a top player in the real estate mandate ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Build and scale the developer sales mandate business.

Acquire and manage exclusive developer partnerships across residential projects.

Lead sales, marketing, and channel partner teams to deliver consistent closures.

Own the P&L, drive revenue growth, and optimize operational efficiency.

Establish brand positioning and differentiation in a highly competitive market.

Foster a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture.

Represent Pinclick with developers, investors, and industry bodies.
Ideal Candidate

12–18 years of experience in real estate mandate sales / consulting.

Strong track record of P&L management and business growth.

Deep relationships with developers and channel partners.

Entrepreneurial drive; ability to scale a new business vertical.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and execution skills.

MBA or equivalent preferred.
