Job Description
- Deal Sourcing and Execution: Utilize various channels to source potential investment opportunities. Network and build collaborations with relevant stakeholders to execute deals effectively. Manage legal documentation and financial transactions.
- Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence on prospective targets, analyzing financials, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Prepare investment committee (IC) memos and financial models for evaluation.
- Portfolio Management: Prepare investor memos and internal updates based on insights gathered from investee companies. Work closely with investee companies to provide strategic guidance and leverage your network to support their growth trajectory.
- Exits: Coordinate closely with investee companies to facilitate profitable exits. Collaborate with investment bankers and founders to maximize financial and impact returns.
- Research and Thought Leadership: Generate research material and contribute to thought leadership initiatives in key areas of focus, such as Fintech and SaaS.
