Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Management Consultant of Indian origin with a solid
foundation across all plant engineering disciplines to support onshore and offshore EPC projects in the
Middle East. The candidate will act as a client-side advisor, ensuring that multi-disciplinary engineering,
procurement, construction, and commissioning activities are executed to global standards and delivered
within project targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale onshore/offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects,
ensuring timely execution and quality compliance.
• Act as a strategic partner to the client, offering project oversight across mechanical, electrical,
civil, structural, instrumentation, and piping disciplines.
• Review and coordinate multi-discipline engineering deliverables to ensure consistency and
integration across packages.
• Interface with global EPC contractors, third-party consultants, and vendors to monitor
deliverables and technical compliance.
• Lead risk identification and implement mitigation strategies across technical, commercial, and
execution phases.
• Monitor schedule, cost, quality, and HSE performance, ensuring alignment with contract
requirements and best practices.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and site reviews across engineering offices, fabrication yards, and
project sites.
• Support tender evaluations, change management, claims handling, and technical dispute
resolution.
• Ensure full compliance with Middle Eastern regulatory requirements, HSE standards, and client-
specific protocols (e.g., Aramco, ADNOC, KNPC, QP).
Qualifications & Experience:
• Must be of Indian origin, with strong understanding of Oil & Gas EPC and plant engineering
practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
• PMP / PRINCE2 / PMI-SP certification is a strong plus.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC project management, with at least 5 years in
the Middle East.
• Hands-on experience in all major plant engineering disciplines: mechanical, electrical,
civil/structural, instrumentation & control, and piping.
• Familiar with EPC contracts (LSTK, EPCM, FIDIC) and managing global stakeholders.
• Proficient in tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, and project control systems.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, API, IEC, ISO, etc.).
