Job Summary

The Principal Engineer for Identity & Access Lifecycle Management will play a crucial role in developing and deploying enterprise applications that enhance Identity and Access Management (IAM) business processes. This position is expected to leverage advanced technical skills to contribute to the organization’s goals by ensuring secure and efficient access management across various systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy enterprise applications for IAM business processes using Next.js and Express.js.
• Implement Micro Frontend architecture for web applications, utilizing Next.js and Webpack.
• Design GraphQL schemas tailored for enterprise IAM services, understanding complex data requirements.
• Implement resolvers for diverse data sources, including Active Directory, Entra ID, various databases, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Integrate guardrails and security measures within GraphQL schema implementations.
• Orchestrate cross-functional business processes to enable seamless end-to-end workflows across diverse enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Extensive hands-on experience in IAM business processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of TypeScript development and deployment in cloud serverless or containerized environments.
  • Proficiency in using GitHub and Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD pipeline management.
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM processes with a focus on security posture and compliance.
  • Proficient in managing various database solutions, including Azure SQL, IaaS SQL, Oracle, and NoSQL databases.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding problem-solving capabilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with application security best practices and tools for safeguarding enterprise systems.
• Experience integrating IAM systems with LDAP, EntraID, and Active Directory (AD).
• Knowledge of cloud IAM solutions and services offered by Microsoft Azure and other cloud providers.

Experience

• 9 to 11 years of overall experience in relevant fields, particularly in IAM and enterprise application development.
