Job Description
This role offers the opportunity to be a part of QubeHealth’s Team that’s focused on capturing logos for the amazing ‘QubeCredit’ Product to solve a huge problem in India (Out of Pocket Expense on Account of Healthcare = USD 70 Bn)
If you have 2 - 7 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Relationship Management or Key Account Management, then you should NOT miss this opportunity.
You get to help ESTABLISH the following TWO Things:
1. Customer Success as a function
2. Process to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
You also get to:
1. BUILD the Customer Success journey of the first Enterprise Customers
2. WORK DIRECTLY with QubeHealth’s President (National Sales ) on developing the post-sale cadence and the Customer Success team Key
Responsibilities:
• Manage and build relationships with customers post the first sale by the Account Executive
• Maintain regular, planned interaction mapped customers to ensure product success.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and usage.
• Build deeper relationships by adding more products to the client’s usage portfolio.
• Be the voice of the customer to articulate feedback clearly to internal teams such as Marketing, Account Management, and Product
• Identify new opportunities in the market and communicate internally to help develop newer offerings
. Who should apply :
• 2 - 5 years in a Customer Success, Account Management role in a B2B space - preferably in SaaS / Software, Corporate Insurance or Hospitality
• Genuine Customer Empathy and strong time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English, Hindi and other regional languages
• Excited to travel, meet new people and build and grow relationship
