Customer Success as a function</div> <div>2. Process to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>You also get to:</div> <div>1. BUILD the Customer Success journey of the first Enterprise Customers</div> <div>2. WORK DIRECTLY with QubeHealth&rsquo;s President (National Sales ) on developing the post-sale cadence and the Customer Success team Key</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Responsibilities:</div> <div>&bull; Manage and build relationships with customers post the first sale by the Account Executive</div> <div>&bull; Maintain regular, planned interaction mapped customers to ensure product success.</div> <div>&bull; Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and usage.</div> <div>&bull; Build deeper relationships by adding more products to the client&rsquo;s usage portfolio.</div> <div>&bull; Be the voice of the customer to articulate feedback clearly to internal teams such as Marketing, Account Management, and Product</div> <div>&bull; Identify new opportunities in the market and communicate internally to help develop newer offerings</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>. Who should apply :</div> <div>&bull; 2 - 5 years in a Customer Success, Account Management role in a B2B space - preferably in SaaS / Software, Corporate Insurance or Hospitality</div> <div>&bull; Genuine Customer Empathy and strong time management skills</div> <div>&bull; Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders</div> <div>&bull; Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft Excel</div> <div>&bull; Fluency in English, Hindi and other regional languages</div> <div>&bull; Excited to travel, meet new people and build and grow relationship</div>
