Key Responsibilities:<br /> Product Development & Management<br /> • Spearhead research, design, and iterate processes to define and build the credit product for <br /> all demand channels viz. traders, wholesalers, semi-wholesalers and small retailers. <br /> • Collaborate with demand channel leads to implement and scale the product to all channels and <br /> customers to achieve the desired credit portfolio as per agreed time milestones <br /> • Build processes and drive implementation for onboarding, underwriting, invoicing, and <br /> payments etc. for superior customer experience and robust cash flow for the business<br /> Credit Program Implementation & optimisation<br /> • Drive continuous innovation while solving for problems such as that of location, geotagging,<br /> prepayments, discounts, instant credit, cross category purchases, collections, credit tenures <br /> etc.<br /> • Work with demand teams to implement efficient collection processes which focuses on <br /> customers, empowers the field teams, identifies early disputes, and creates a robust accounts <br /> receivable system <br /> • Collaborate with functional teams to drive automation , user experience, process excellence, <br /> performance improvements and adherence to relevant statues and compliances.<br /> • Collaborate with banks and NBFCs to design and implement trade financing solutions. <br /> Risk Management and Credit Underwriting:<br /> • Work closely with the credit underwriting team to establish robust risk assessment frameworks <br /> and credit approval processes.<br /> • Develop strategies to mitigate potential risks associated with lending to clients in the <br /> unorganized sector.<br /> • Monitor loan performance and identify potential defaults or early warning signs.
