Responsibilities

  • Screen candidates for evidence of strong academic performance, including top percentile rankings and competitive exam results.
  • Evaluate internships and ownership experiences to determine measurable impact in previous roles.
  • Identify leadership qualities through extracurricular activities and achievements in competitions or sports.
  • Justify the selection of candidates with concise bullet points to support their "spike" demonstrations.
  • Maintain clear and organized records of candidate evaluations and justification for their candidacy.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of academic performance metrics, including CGPA, competitive exams (JEE, CAT), and academic awards.
  • Ability to evaluate practical experiences, ownership roles, and impact metrics (growth, revenue, cost savings).
  • Skills in assessing leadership potential through extracurricular involvement and event organization.
