WHAT YOU’LL DO:<br /> ● Single owner of the whole process and single<br /> point of contact from offers acceptance to<br /> registration of a Truva property<br /> ● Guide buyers and sellers through each step of<br /> the closing process, providing assistance and<br /> resolving queries.<br /> ● Ensure all closing documents, including legal<br /> and financial papers, are accurately completed<br /> and submitted on time.<br /> ● Work with lawyers, bankers, societies, registrars<br /> to ensure smooth registration<br /> WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS<br /> ● Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.<br /> ● Excellent communication/interpersonal abilities.<br /> ● Experience in real estate transactions or related<br /> fields is a plus.<br /> ● Problem-solving mindset and willingness to go<br /> the extra mile to ensure smooth closings.<br /> ● Comfort in managing multiple transactions
