Job Summary
We are seeking Techno-Functional Consultants with hands-on experience in configuring Workday modules. This role is crucial in enhancing our HR technology function, focusing on various backlog enhancements and day-to-day system administration and operations. The consultants will contribute to the successful implementation and maintenance of the Workday environment.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support various Workday modules including Talent, Performance, Absence Management, and Security.
- Assist with reporting and business process configurations.
- Participate in at least one full life cycle implementation of a Workday module.
- Manage system administration and daily operational tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve existing processes.
- Provide troubleshooting support for Workday-related issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 8 years in Workday configuration and implementation.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Workday modules (Talent, Performance, Absence Management, Security).
- Proficiency in reporting and business process configuration within Workday.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in Workday modules are a plus.
- Familiarity with HR technology trends and best practices.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Workday configuration and support.
- Experience in a consulting environment is advantageous.
Environment
- This is a remote position with flexible working hours from 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
- The role is contractual for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension depending on project requirements.
Salary
- Estimated salary range: 140,000 - NaN.
