Job Summary

We are seeking Techno-Functional Consultants with hands-on experience in configuring Workday modules. This role is crucial in enhancing our HR technology function, focusing on various backlog enhancements and day-to-day system administration and operations. The consultants will contribute to the successful implementation and maintenance of the Workday environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support various Workday modules including Talent, Performance, Absence Management, and Security.
• Assist with reporting and business process configurations.
• Participate in at least one full life cycle implementation of a Workday module.
• Manage system administration and daily operational tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve existing processes.
• Provide troubleshooting support for Workday-related issues.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 8 years in Workday configuration and implementation.
• Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Workday modules (Talent, Performance, Absence Management, Security).
  • Proficiency in reporting and business process configuration within Workday.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Workday modules are a plus.
• Familiarity with HR technology trends and best practices.

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Workday configuration and support.
• Experience in a consulting environment is advantageous.

Environment

• This is a remote position with flexible working hours from 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
• The role is contractual for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension depending on project requirements.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: 140,000 - NaN.
