AVP / VP – AIF & PMS Operations AVP / VP – AIF & PMS Operations Head Operations Management About the role Key Responsibilities • Ensuring timely processing of NAV and adherence of SLAs by the FA on various deliverables. • Ensuring buffer spillover calculation for all the schemes done on timely basis and accordingly TER proposal share with Management committee for approval • Payment and filing of statutory dues/returns or refunds on time and as per regulatory requirements. • Ensuring high level of accuracy in preparation of daily cash flow of AIF & PMS schemes • Monitoring overall settlement of equity and derivative securities • Monitoring of Subscription, redemption and switch reconciliations prepared by RTA and FA and Close co-ordination with the RTA and Fund Accountant to ensure timely resolution of open items. • Ensuring regulatory requirements around various reporting are implemented within stipulated timeline with accuracy and Monitoring of Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly and periodic reports received from FA and RTA. • Focus on automation to increase efficiency and accuracy • Relationship management with third party service providers on the client side including the FA, Custodian, Valuation Agencies, Banks and RTA and various vendor partners. • Liaison across multiple functions within the firm for client-side deliverables. • Support various audits including Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Concurrent Audits, IT side audits, etc. • Prioritize tasks efficiently, make effective decisions and demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail • Pay meticulous attention to detail to deliver high-quality output and proactively establish process controls as needed • Partnership and communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Handle all Compliance related deliverables and ensure timely dissemination of all regulatory reports • Identify areas of risks and work towards putting in additional controls to mitigate risk • Should be well aware of all the regulatory changes and ensure the process/system changes are carried out in the FA & Custodian system on time • Hands on knowledge of Wealth Spectrum System Primary responsibility is to end to end AIF & PMS operations which included manage Fund Accounting, Banking operations and Investment Operations. Hands on knowledge of NAV computation, valuation, reconciliation, statutory payments, reporting, financials, audits, etc. This role will report to Head – Operations & Administration.
