Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer with strong expertise in Informatica, Python, and Kubernetes. This role involves leading data integration initiatives, designing scalable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines, and ensuring seamless data orchestration across various platforms. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the organization’s data capabilities by successfully managing and optimizing data integration processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of data integration solutions using Informatica and Python.
• Manage large-scale ETL pipelines and optimize data workflows for efficiency.
• Deploy and orchestrate workloads on Kubernetes for enhanced performance.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance throughout integration processes.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers within the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in Informatica (PowerCenter, IICS, or equivalent).
• Strong Python programming skills for automation and data processing tasks.
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering).
• 10.1 – 15 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with PySpark or other big data frameworks to enhance data processing capabilities.
