<b id="docs-internal-guid-c34a4ac6-7fff-ce1c-61a1-a40dfa10b598">Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Scheduling & Procurement Head for a leading EV Automotive company based in Delhi.</b><br /> <br /> <b>Major responsibilities include:<br />  Supplier relationship management<br />  Scientific Scheduling & Procurement of parts from supplier as per Annual plan<br />  Monitoring supplier performance & related dashboards<br />  Hands on experience on SAP, Introduction of scheduling with MRP runs.<br />  Inventory management<br />  Introduction of concepts like JIT, JIS etc for optimizing the inventory & space<br /> requirement<br />  Supplier Grievance resolution by taking support from internal teams<br />  Inputs to back end team for upcoming projects i.e. performance of existing supplier<br />  Inputs for GM & MM projects i.e. related to cost optimization<br />  Transportation cost optimization<br />  Obsolescence avoidance by keen involvement in Engineering change management<br />  Audits for ensuring right packaging & transportation is followed. Supplier end & Dock<br /> audits<br />  Capacity utilization considering seasonal variations<br />  Monitoring internal customer satisfaction<br />  Complexity management considering different model mix<br />  Risk mitigation considering different operational challenges<br />  Work on contingency plans for critical sources<br />  Lean management<br />  Support new model introduction along with the regular running models<br /> Requirement is from industry with high complexity, so that person understands the<br /> criticality & as we add different models in our journey the necessary actions are anticipated<br /> & implemented in advance<br /> Communication skills should be good as the interaction will be with wide variety of suppliers</b><br />
