About The Role We are looking for young hustlers who love solving product problems, creating clean processes and are always batting for the customer! This role is best suited to those who can constantly think on their feet to execute efficiently and fast while creating customer delight! You will play a vital role in our organization, ensuring the successful execution of various operational tasks related to our financial products. You will work closely with the product and business teams, manage key operational processes such as end to end deal ownership, KYCs, document verification, liaise with customers, and facilitate efficient communication across teams. Your role is pivotal to ensuring a seamless experience for our customers while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Execute operational procedures such as deal upload, payment operations, customer KYC and document verification to ensure compliance and accuracy. Act as a bridge between the transaction/business units and the product team, facilitating effective communication and cooperation. Manage customer relationships, acting as a point of contact for product and transaction-related queries and providing exemplary customer service. Work closely with the product team to understand and relay product requirements and feedback from the business/transaction side. Support in the development and refinement of product features and processes based on feedback from customers and transaction/business team. Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure that all product operations meet regulatory standards and maintain compliance. Product operations roles 2 Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency and enhance customer experience. Write basic SQL queries and/or analyze data to come up with compelling insights that ensure the finest level of end-customer experience. The Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in product operations, customer service, or related role within a fintech, investment tech, or startup environment. Excellent understanding of operational procedures such as KYC and document verification in the financial or investment industry. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach. Proficiency in project management and task coordination, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong understanding of financial products and the investment industry. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
