SUMMARY<br /> We’re looking for a high-agility Operations Head to lead and scale the full backend for HIRA, our fastgrowing<br /> clean fragrance brand. You’ll manage sourcing to fulfilment — across procurement, supply<br /> chain, warehousing, logistics, and delivery — to ensure seamless execution, optimized costs, and<br /> consistent customer delight.<br /> RESPONSIBILITIES<br /> Sourcing & Procurement:<br /> Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for raw materials, packaging, and 3P manufacturing.<br /> Ensure timely procurement aligned to quality, cost, and scale needs.<br /> Supply Chain Management:<br /> Plan and manage end-to-end supply chain processes — from production scheduling to last-mile<br /> delivery — with complete visibility and cost efficiency.<br /> Warehousing & Inventory Management:<br /> Set up and manage warehouse operations with accurate inventory tracking, replenishment<br /> planning, and loss prevention. Monitor ageing and liquidation across channels.<br /> Distribution & Logistics:<br /> Optimize dispatches across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce. Build strong logistics<br /> partnerships to meet SLAs, reduce RTOs, and improve delivery TATs.<br /> 5.<br /> 6.<br /> 7.<br /> Fulfilment Excellence:<br /> Ensure smooth order flow, packaging standards, and post-order experience across formats. Build systems to automate and track fulfilment performance.<br /> Operations Systems & Reporting:<br /> Create and maintain dashboards for margin tracking, stock coverage, operational KPIs, and partner performance.<br /> Cross-functional Alignment:<br /> Collaborate with Finance, Brand, and Growth to plan demand, control costs, and support business momentum with real-time execution.<br /> WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:<br /> Relevant Experience:<br /> 6–10 years of experience in consumer brand operations, particularly in beauty, FMCG, or D2C sectors. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating and scaling our backend operations.<br /> Proven Skills in Sourcing and Procurement:<br /> Demonstrated experience in managing sourcing, procurement, and contract manufacturing is essential. The ideal candidate will have a history of building strong vendor relationships and ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.<br /> Inventory and Logistics Expertise:<br /> A deep understanding of inventory systems, warehousing workflows, and logistics SLAs is crucial. You should be adept at optimizing these processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.<br /> Operational Excellence:<br /> An obsession with operational hygiene, process discipline, and speed is necessary.
