Job Summary

The Implementation Engineer 4 plays a crucial role in analyzing customer systems and service requirements, optimizing configurations, and ensuring successful product implementations. Responsibilities

• Analyze customer systems and service requirements to determine optimal configuration.
• Configure and validate systems based on customer needs, ensuring readiness before communication.
• Conduct impact and risk assessments prior to implementation.
• Identify integration steps for products/services and manage the integration timeline.
• Lead end-to-end cutover planning and execution, providing regular status updates.
• Independently manage cutovers and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships across teams and locations.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to product evolution with innovative thinking.
• Maintain deep expertise in all configurable/enabled products.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, taking full ownership of assigned initiatives.
• Oversee team backlog, conduct reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Document necessary adaptations to products/services.
• Draft and validate functional specifications to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Ensure customized solutions meet defined specifications and perform pre-delivery testing.
• Provide functional support and resolve issues for sales and customer-facing teams.
• Support implementation-related project activities.
• Act as Scrum Master for the team.

Qualifications

• Education: Relevant formal education or equivalent experience, with foundational business knowledge.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in product implementation and customer requirement analysis.
• Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with API Web Services and Postman is a strong advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster stakeholder relationships.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct impact and risk assessments.
• Project Management Skills: Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in driving process improvements and contributions to product evolution.
• Background in systems configuration and validation based on customer specifications.
