Job Summary

As a Product Manager focused on Growth, you will be responsible for addressing core growth challenges within the organization. This role involves collaboration with founders, growth teams, and engineers to drive product-led growth initiatives, utilizing AI to significantly enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Create maximum long-term impact across the company through effective growth strategies.
• Collaborate directly with the founders on core growth product problems.
• Begin each day by analyzing key metrics and numbers; collaborate with various teams throughout the day.
• Develop and implement strategies for top-of-funnel generation and product-led growth features.
• Focus on sales team productivity through CRM integrations and other tools.
• Embrace a hustle mentality to manage daily performance while also focusing on sustainable long-term solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in product management, particularly in growth roles.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and proficiency in AI applications to improve productivity.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, data analytics, and product management methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working in startup environments.
• Knowledge of product-led growth strategies and customer acquisition channels.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience, specifically addressing growth challenges.

Environment

• Work Setting: In-office, located in Powai, Mumbai.
• Schedule: 5 days a week, reporting to Puneet Arora (Co-Founder).

Salary

Estimated salary range is 35 - 50 LPA, along with equity shares (ESOPs).
