Additionally, you will focus on understanding key financial pain points and coordinating with credit and customer experience teams to streamline processes and ensure a seamless customer journey.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li>Relationship Building: Build strong rapport and relationships with end customers, understanding their needs, and positioning SaasPay as a trusted partner in their financial operations.</li> <li>Cross-Sell and Upsell: Lead cross-selling and upselling initiatives to maximize the wallet share of existing customers. Identify opportunities for additional SaasPay products and services that align with customer needs and drive revenue growth.</li> <li>Financial Pain Points: Gain a deep understanding of key financial pain points experienced by customers in the B2B fintech industry. Utilize this knowledge to offer tailored solutions that address their specific pain points and improve their financial operations.</li> <li>Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with credit and customer experience teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey. Coordinate efforts to complete processes such as credit assessment, onboarding, and ongoing support, ensuring a positive customer experience.</li> <li>Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
