Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management: a) Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PMS desk, ensuring timely and accurate trade settlements, portfolio valuations, and reporting. b) Collaborate with relationship managers, analysts, and back-office teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across the PMS operations. c) Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of client portfolios, trades, and accounts, addressing discrepancies as needed. d) Handle the preparation and delivery of periodic reports, performance analysis, and portfolio performance updates to clients. e) Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring excellent service delivery and resolving any operational issues promptly. 2. Compliance and Risk Management: a) Ensure PMS operations comply with all applicable regulatory frameworks, including SEBI guidelines, financial market regulations, and internal policies. b) Monitor and ensure compliance with the firm's internal processes, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). c) Regularly review portfolio transactions, client documentation, and other operational activities to ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. d) Coordinate with Internal auditors for periodic internal audits of PMS processes and to identify potential risks, gaps, or inefficiencies, and develop corrective actions. e) Ensure all clients’ KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) documentation are up-to-date and compliant with applicable standards.
