Job Summary
The Azure Architect will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Microsoft Azure environments. With over 7 years of professional experience, the ideal candidate will bring in-depth expertise in Azure infrastructure and services, contributing to the organization's digital innovation and cloud strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure solutions encompassing compute, networking, and storage.
- Oversee Azure Entra ID for identity and access management to ensure secure application access.
- Leverage Data and AI services to develop innovative solutions using Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, and Azure Machine Learning.
- Develop and maintain documentation that details architecture designs and operational procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks within Azure environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on cloud-related projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in at least two of the following areas:
- Azure Infrastructure (compute, networking, storage)
- Azure Entra ID (Identity and Access Management)
- Data and AI services (e.g., Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning)
- Digital App Innovation (e.g., Azure App Service, Kubernetes Service)
- Business Applications (e.g., Power Platform, Dynamics 365)
- Azure Security (e.g., Azure Sentinel, Defender for Cloud)
- Skills:
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with testing and quality assurance methodologies.
- Certification: Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Security Engineer) are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
- Additional experience with Azure DevOps and container orchestration would be a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a relevant role, with significant exposure to Azure architecture and solutions.
Environment
- The candidate will be based in Bangalore, working across all Brillio locations in a collaborative environment.
