JD for Technology Leader @LoB<br /> Senior Tech Lead at our startup will define technology and product roadmap and be<br /> responsible for execution to enable outcome as a service. This role involves leading a<br /> team of developers and actively collaborating with business leaders to use technology to<br /> solve business problems<br /> Responsibilities:<br /> ● Identify and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape<br /> to inform product strategy.<br /> ● Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that supports<br /> LOBs overall business goals and market opportunities.<br /> ● Lead the technology Strategy and Drive the execution of the technical roadmap,<br /> ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.<br /> ● Application of AI technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of business<br /> processes<br /> ● Evaluate and integrate third-party tools, libraries, and services to accelerate<br /> development cycles and enhance the capabilities of our platform.<br /> ● Lead the development of end to end solutions driving clear business outcomes -<br /> integrations in areas such as Catalogue management, campaign management,<br /> Pricing, warehouse management, OMS, and supply chain processes.<br /> ● Build robust reporting/monitoring/alerting and analytics frameworks to enable<br /> data-driven decision-making across the organisation.<br /> Qualifications:<br /> ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.<br /> ● 8+ years of proven hands-on experience in full-stack development within<br /> ecommerce/D2C companies.<br /> ● Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js), Python, GoLang, or Java, along with modern<br /> frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and server-side<br /> frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Django, Spring Boot).<br /> ● Deep understanding of both relational and NoSQL database design, optimization,<br /> and management.<br /> ● Experience in building Gen AI applications is advantageous.<br /> ● Extensive knowledge of e-commerce value chain, including warehouse<br /> management, OMS, supply chain optimization, and third-party tool integration<br /> across major marketplaces.
